CTC Technology (CTCT) provides customers with a high level of satisfaction. Furthermore, as part of our effort to offer even better service, we obtained quality management system IS09001 certification, which is an international standard. ISO9001 is a certification that maintains the status quo while always calling for a corporate attitude of pursuing continual improvement. We would like to provide customers with a reasonable high-quality service.

Eruboshi Certification
“Eruboshi” is a certification granted by Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare that whether employers put their effort into promotion of female’s work participation and career advancement. Under 5 major evaluation standards such as working time, percentage in senior roles and career opportunities, CTCT is certified with the highest grade (level 3).
Kurumin Certification
On January 6 2023, CTCT received the 2023 "Kurumin" which is also known as Next Generation Childcare Support Certification, from the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare following the 2018.
Based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children in April of 2005, employers can acquire Kurumin Certification if their childcare support policy meets specific requirements. Since 2017, CTCT has been certified under new standard.
