CTC Technology (CTCT) provides customers with a high level of satisfaction. Furthermore, as part of our effort to offer even better service, we obtained quality management system IS09001 certification, which is an international standard. ISO9001 is a certification that maintains the status quo while always calling for a corporate attitude of pursuing continual improvement. We would like to provide customers with a reasonable high-quality service.

CTC Technology has been certified as a “KENKO Investment for Health” since 2025.
"KENKO Investment for Health" is one of the brands specified in the Health and Productivity Management Organization Certification System.
By "visualizing" corporations that practice excellent health management, they can receive social recognition.
This is an award system certified by the Nippon Kenko Kaigi.
Kurumin Certification
CTC Technology has been certified by the Minister of Health, Labor, and Welfare as a “Childcare Support Company” (Kurumin Certification).
To support employees in balancing childbirth, childcare, and work, we have established diverse work arrangements and comprehensive support programs.
We have expanded leave programs tailored to life events, such as childcare leave, and enable diverse work arrangements during the child-rearing years through measures such as staggered hours, reduced working hours, flexible work schedules, and support for using employer-sponsored childcare facilities.

Eruboshi Certification
In accordance with the Act on Promotion of Women’s Active Participation in the Workforce, CTC Technology has been certified the “Eruboshi” certification (two stars) by the Minister of Health, Labor, and Welfare in recognition of its outstanding efforts to promote women's success and career development.
Through the enhancement of work-life balance support systems and the promotion of flexible work arrangements, we are working to expand the recruitment of women and support their continued career development, while also striving to create an inclusive and comfortable workplace environment.
